1 General Provisions

cl333 ("we", "platform" or "site") is an online gaming platform that provides slots, live casino, cricket betting, and various other entertainment game services for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between cl333 and its users.

In this document, "user" or "player" refers to any person who has created an account on the cl333 platform or is using any of the platform's services. cl333 reserves the right to change these terms at any time, but users will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.

3 Account Management

The user is responsible for keeping their account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing this information with anyone else is strictly prohibited.

• Any unauthorized use of the account must be reported to the support team immediately.
• Logging into an account through a third party or placing bets on behalf of another person is completely prohibited.
• If any personal information changes, the platform must be notified right away.
• cl333 reserves the right to close inactive accounts (no activity for 12 months).

4 Financial Transactions

The rules regarding deposits and withdrawals on the cl333 platform are as follows:

• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• Successful deposits are generally credited to the account within a few minutes.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• The account used for withdrawal must be registered in the user's own name.
• In accordance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy, cl333 reserves the right to verify any suspicious transactions.
• Identity verification must be completed before the withdrawal process can be finalized.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

The cl333 platform offers various bonuses and promotional offers. The following conditions apply to receiving and withdrawing these bonuses:

• Welcome Bonus: 120% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement of 15 times (15x) must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn.
• Winnings made using bonus balance must meet the specified wagering conditions before withdrawal.
• A bonus earned from one promotion cannot be used together with another promotion unless specifically stated.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is suspected, cl333 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus.
• Each bonus offer may have a specific validity period; once the period expires, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• VIP program benefits will apply according to the terms of the relevant tier.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on the cl333 platform are operated on the basis of fair play principles. The following rules apply to all users:

• Game results are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is impartial and transparent.
• If a game result is affected by a technical error, cl333 reserves the right to cancel the relevant game round and refund the bet amount.
• If a game is disconnected midway due to network issues, cl333 will take all reasonable measures to protect the user's interests.
• The rules of each game are stated within the relevant game interface; the user is responsible for reading them before starting the game.
• For sports betting (such as cricket — BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, etc.) the official match result will be considered final.
• Betting limits may be set separately for each game or event.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cl333 platform and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Fraud, deception, or any attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Abuse of the bonus system or attempting to artificially meet wagering conditions.
• Operating multiple accounts or opening an account in another person's name.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Operating games using automated bots, scripts, or any other software.
• Harassing or threatening other users, or misconduct toward platform staff.
• Any attempt to breach the platform's security systems.

8 Privacy and Security

• Required information may be provided in response to legitimate requests from law enforcement agencies.

9 Limitation of Liability

The cl333 platform provides services on an "as-is" basis. cl333 will not be liable in the following circumstances:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical issues on the part of third parties.
• Losses caused by unexpected server maintenance or emergency service interruptions.
• Losses resulting from the user providing incorrect information or leaving their account details unsecured.
• Service disruptions due to natural disasters, pandemics, or other unavoidable causes.

cl333 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages under any circumstances. Maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the relevant transaction.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

cl333 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity is found.
• If identity verification documents are not provided within the specified time.
• At the direction of a law enforcement agency.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Any bonus balance will be cancelled upon account closure. However, any legitimate real-money balance (provided no terms have been violated) will be returned after the withdrawal process is completed.

11 Dispute Resolution

12 Changes to Terms

cl333 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes via email or platform notification.

Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be taken as the user's agreement to the revised terms. If the user does not agree to the new terms, they may request account closure.

The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page always indicates the date of the most recently effective terms and conditions.
